Plasmic operates as a creative apparel brand producing original designs inspired by various artistic genres, including but not limited to music, tattoo culture, and alternative visual art. All designs offered by Plasmic are purely artistic in nature and are not created, intended, or promoted to target, disrespect, or offend any individual, group, religion, belief system, or cultural sentiment. The Company expressly disclaims any association with religious or political ideologies. While tattoo art may be restricted or considered taboo in certain religions or cultures, the depiction of such artwork on apparel items (including but not limited to T-shirts, hoodies, and accessories) is not equivalent to the act of body tattooing and should not be construed as such.

All designs, artworks, and creative materials available through Plasmic are the intellectual property of the Company and its designers. These materials are protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, modification, or commercial use of these designs is strictly prohibited. The Company welcomes diverse opinions and recognizes individual preferences; however, any form of defamatory, libelous, or slanderous statements—whether in digital, written, or verbal form—directed toward the Company, its products, or its personnel, will constitute grounds for legal action as per the relevant laws in force.

The Company endeavours to deliver all products within the estimated timelines. However, shipping and delivery schedules for in stock or made-to-order items may be affected by various external factors, including but not limited to public holidays, workforce limitations, supply chain disruptions, or political and socio-economic conditions within the operating or destination country. Plasmic shall not be held liable for any delays resulting from such factors. In the event of a significant delay or manufacturing issue, a Company representative will notify the customer and provide updates or alternative solutions as deemed appropriate.
